| Registration Deadlines
Registration opens on Fri, Nov 1, 2024 and closes on:
Minors, Majors, 50/70, and Juniors divisions: Sunday, January 29.
T-Ball, Lower Rookie (coach pitch), Upper Rookie (machine pitch) divisions: Sunday, February 9th
Registrations received after the dates listed above will be placed on a waitlist. Availability from the waitlist will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that your spot is not guaranteed. If you are accepted from the waitlist, notification will be sent to you via email.

| Registration System
Our registration system is powered by Sports Connect.If you are new to San Rafael Little League, you’ll need to create a Sports Connect account and add your player(s). Existing Sports Connect users can login with the same account credentials.

| Understanding League Age. Can My Child Play Up?
San Rafael Little League has set our divisions based on Little League League Age. We strongly recommend enrolling your player in the division that aligns with their league age. This way, your player will be in a division with friends and classmates. Please remember, all divisions focus on building skills, deepening understanding of baseball knowledge, and most importantly having fun.
If you feel strongly that your player’s skills and experience prepare them to play up to the next division, please let us know. If your player is in a division that requires assessments we will ask that your player attend assessments for the division they want to play up to. If it is judged that there are no safety concerns with your child playing up they will be available in the appropriate draft, and if they are not selected by a team your child will play in the league below.
*Please note that if it is determined that your player is best suited to play with their league age peers and that means they will be playing Tee Ball, Lower Rookie, or Upper Rookie, we may not be able to honor coach and friend requests as teams will already be formed and your player will end up on a team with the least amount of players. |

| Skills Assessments for 9-12 Year Old Players
Our Minors and Majors divisions are formed via a draft process, with assessments held prior to the draft.

| Sign-Up to Volunteer
Without volunteers, SRLL would not exist. Be sure to sign-up for a volunteer position during the registration process: Manager, Assistant Coach, Umpire, Field Prep, Scorekeeper, etc. SRLL offers support/training for these volunteer roles!

| Cancellation Policy
Parents may cancel their child's enrollment before the close of registration for a full refund. Once registration has closed SRLL will refund half the registration fee up until the first week of games for the child's division.

| Payment
All registrations and donations are processed securely online through Sports Connect. |
